Handicap Parking Requests

Overview

A handicap parking request must be submitted to the Village Clerk and reviewed by the village board.

Steps

1. Submit a request to the Village Clerk.
2. Include proof of disability from a signed certified letter from a New York State certified physician.
3. The request will be submitted to the village board for approval or disapproval based on the circumstances.
4. If approved, a NYSDOT regulation sign may be installed at the location.
